Pepper Steak

1 large onion sliced
2 green peppers, slices
1, 1/2 pounds flank steak, thinly sliced
2 T. low-sodium soy sauce
2 T. sesame oil
1 T. packed, brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, slices

Put everything into 3, 1/2 quart slow cooker that has been sprayed with Pam. Mix, cook on low 8-9 hours.
