1 trimmed brisket
1/2 C Italian dressing
1/4 C worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Greek seasonings
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs. liquid smoke (optional)

Rinse brisket with warm water and dry. Wrap with foil leaving enough to entirely cover brisket. Mix together remaining ingredients. Spread seasoning mixture on both sides of prepared brisket. Let marinate in refrigerator overnight. Place foil wrapped brisket in slow cooker. Cook on low 8-10 hrs or high for 4-6 hours.
