1 1/2 c Minced ham or chicken
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/2 c Diced carrots
1/2 Box frozen spinach
1 lg Potato, diced
1 qt Chicken broth
1 cn (16 oz) chick peas (garbanzos), drained
1/2 c Diced celery
1 cn (16 oz) domatoes, chopped with liquid
1 tb Dry parsley
2 ts Salt
1 tb Oregano
1 c Macaroni shells, measured dry
Combine in slow cooker and cook all day all except the macaroni. About 45
minutes before serving, add macaroni.
Sprinkle with mozarella cheese before serving.
