Chinese Pot Roast

3 to 7 lb. rump roast
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. ginger


Early morning (7 a. m. ), place rump roast in your slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients; turn on medium and let cook all day. You may want to add more water before making gravy. Serve with noodles, rice or potatoes and vegetables.
