Lea and Perrin's Pot Roast

1 (4-lb. ) beef brisket
3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 large sweet onions, peeled, sliced
1 (12-oz. ) pkg. baby carrots
3 bay leaves

Marinate brisket in Worcestershire sauce overnight. Place onions, carrots and bay leaves in slow cooker and add brisket with sauce. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Slice in diagonal slices and serve. Serves 6-8.
