3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2/3 cup bottled barbeque sauce
1 tablespoon lemon or orange juice
1 teaspoon water
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Take chicken out of the slow cooker, chop it up finely, (or shred it), then put it back in the pot and stir it up with all the barbecue sauce left in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Serve hot on a roll.
