Easy artichoke Dip

1 (16-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup sour cream
Dash of hot sauce, optional

In a small cooker (1 quart) combine artichoke hearts, cheese, mayonnaise and garlic powder. Cook on low 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until hot. Add sour cream and hot sauce, if using, the last 30 to 45 minutes.
