Hearty Wheat Berry Breakfast

1 C. Wheat berries, rinsed & drained
2-2 1/2 C. Apple juice
1/2 C. Chopped apricots
1/4 C Raisins
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Allspice
1/4 tsp. Clove
1/4 tsp. Cardamom


Place everything in the slow cooker the night before. Cook on low all night. Serve in the morning with soymilk or milk.
