Carrot Cake Mess
1 pkg carrot cake
1 pkg cheesecake pudding (instant)
1 pint sour cream
1 c water
3/4 c oil
Mix all the ingredients. Spray the liner of the slow cooker with non stick spray, pour the mix into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 4 to 5 hours or on low for 8 hours or so. Keep an eye on it towards the end so the sides don't dry out or burn.
Serve with cool whip.
