Chuck Roast

Season meat as desired, using generous amount of tenderizer. Place in slow cooker with approximately 1 cup of water.

Cover. Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours. Skim off excess water. Cover and continue to cook on low for 2 to 3 more hours or until meat is very tender.
