Raspberry Dessert Strata

12 slices reduced-calorie white bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
3 cups fresh raspberries
1/4 cup slivered almonds
2 (4-serving) packages JELL-O sugar-free vanilla cook-and-serve pudding mix
2/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
3 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. Layer half of bread cubes, half of chocolate chips, half of raspberries, and half of almonds in prepared container. Repeat layer. In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry milk powder. Stir in water and almond extract. Evenly pour mixture over top. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or until set. Let set for 5 minutes before serving. Serves 8.
