Harvest Grains

1/4 cup barley
1/4 cup quinoa
1/4 cup bulgar
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 apple chopped
3 cups apple juice
1 cup water


Just place everything in the slow cooker before going to bed, turn on low, and it will be ready by morning.
