2-4 lb Corned Beef
2-4 potatoes, washed and quartered
2 onions, peeled and quartered
1 cup water
3 TBS Cider Vinegar
Put veggies on bottom. Cut open corned beef and dump in pot. Retrieve stupid spice packet that always falls in damned pot. Try not to slice finger off while opening stupid slick-with-juices spice packet. Dump in spices. You can also add some salt and pepper but I don't advise it. Corned Beef is generally already salty enough! Pour cup of water into wrapper to rinse all that flavoring out and pour over everything.
Cover and cook in slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6.
When it is nearly time to eat, you can boil some cabbage or if you have time, 30-45 minutes before serving, quarter a small cabbage and put on top of meat and cover again.
