Beef Tomato Macaroni
1 1/2 lb. Sirloin Steak (or Beef of your choice)
1 Vidalia Onion, chopped
1 can ( 32 oz. ) Whole Tomatoes
1 (32oz. ) pkg Macaroni (or Pasta of your choice)
Your choice of Seasoning
2 - 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
Season your Steak/Beef and cut in bite size pieces. Cook in a skillet over medium heat, stirring often until cooked all through. Put meat in slow cooker. Take olive oil and add to skillet. Add chopped onion and sauté until tender. Add onion to slow cooker. In a bowl, mash tomatoes. Add tomatoes and their juice to slow cooker. Heat slow cooker to high for 1 hour. Reduce to low. Cook macaroni/pasta per package instructions. Drain and add to slow cooker. Cook another hour or 2. Serve. Serves 5 - 6.
