2 Beaten eggs
3/4 c Milk
2/3 c Fine dry bread crumbs
2 T Grated onion
1 t Salt
1/2 t Ground sage
1 1/2 lb Ground beef

1/4 c Catsup
2 T Brown sugar
1 t Dry mustard
1/4 t Ground nutmeg

Combine eggs with milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage and meat. Mix well and shape into oval or round shape to fit into your slow cooker. Carefully place in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl; pour over meat. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes longer. This is great hot or cold.
