French Dip Roast
1 lg Onion; quartered and sliced
3 lb Bottom round roast
1/2 c Dry white wine; or water
1 pk Au jus gravy mix; 3/4 oz
1/8 ts Seasoned pepper
Place onion in slow cooker. Put roast in slow cooker. In a small bowl mix wine (or water) and au jus mix and seasoned pepper until blended. Pour over roast. Cover and cook until tender 10 to 12 hours on LOW.
