90s Style Coq Au Vin

2 Packages of boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets
1 Pound of fresh mushrooms, sliced thick
1 Jar of pearl onions, drained
1/2 Cup of dry white wine
1 Teaspoon of thyme leaves
1 Bay leaf
1 Cup of chicken broth
1/3 Cup of flour
1/2 Cup of chopped fresh parsley
Wild rice pilaf (optional)

Place chicken, mushrooms, onions, wine, thyme and bay leaf into slow cooker.
Combine chicken broth and flour; pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook for 5 hours on low setting. Add parsley.
Serve over wild rice pilaf, if desired.
Makes 8 servings
