2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 T. basil
1 T. Mrs. Dash's Seasoning-Salt Free
1/2 t. Thyme
1/4 t. Rosemary
1/2 c. Quick Cooking Oats
1 jumbo egg
1 Bay leaf
1 c. ketchup
Mix all except bay leaf and ketchup. Put in slow cooker and top with ketchup and bay leaf. Cook on low for 8-10 hrs. Let cool and carefully lift out of slow cooker. Put in refrigerator to let fat come to top. Skim off most of fat and slice.
