Chili

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 green pepper, chopped
chopped onion to taste
2 15oz. cans tomato sauce
1 16 oz. jar salsa
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 15oz. cans pinto beans
salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste


Brown beef with chopped onion and green pepper. Drain. Add rest of ingredients to beef mixture in slow cooker. Cook about 3 to 4 hours. You can also cook on stovetop until thick. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream.
