Hickory Smoked Brisket
5-6 lb brisket
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 bottle liquid smoke
Place brisket in cooking bag (cut to fit slow cooker if necessary).
Rub brisket with 1/2 bottle liquid smoke and seasoning. (protect hands from liquid smoke with gloves or sandwich baggy)
Tie cooking bag closed and poke a hole near the top for steam.
Put in slow cooker and cook 8-12 hours on low.
Take brisket out to cool. Slice thinly and put back in slow cooker to reheat in juice.
