Chile Verde

5 lb Pork butt roast (cut into 1" cubes)
2 cn 14 oz. chicken broth
1 tb Cumin (can vary to taste)
2 ts Salt
2 ts Pepper
1 lg Can green chili's (chop yourself)
1 lg White onion

Put all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on high for about 6 hours. You can cook for longer. Just before serving add thickener to desired consistency.
