Honey Glazed Ribs

2 lb Lean back ribs
1 cn Beef consommé; (10oz)
1/2 c Water
2 tb Maple syrup
2 tb Honey
3 tb Soy sauce; (low sodium)
2 tb Barbecue sauce
1/2 ts Dry mustard


Place ribs on a broiler rack and broil for 15 minutes. Drain fat off. Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Combine remaining ingredients in the slow cooker; stir well. Add ribs; cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours. Serves 4.
