1 1/2 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese
1 pk Frozen chopped spinach (thaw/drain-10 oz)
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1 c Beef broth
8 oz Tomato sauce
1/2 c Dry red wine
1 tb Cornstarch
Mix all ingredients, form small balls, place in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Mix broth, tomato sauce, wine and cornstarch. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350, covered, 40-60 minutes. Can be served over noodles, or great for parties served in slow cooker.
