Honey Buttered Cranberry Cider

48 oz Bottle cranberry juice cocktail
1 qt Apple juice or cider
4 Thin strips of orange peel; about 2" long
1/3 c Butter; or margarine
1/4 c Honey
1/2 ts Ground coriander


In slow cooker, combine cranberry juice, apple juice, and orange peel. Cover and cook on LOW 5 to 7 hrs. Just before serving, melt butter, honey, and coriander in small saucepan or microwave. Spoon slightly more than 1/2 tbsp honey/butter mixture in mug or heatproof cup; add about 3/4 cup hot cranberry mixture. Serve immediately. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
