Ham and Vegetables
1 sm Cooked Ham; cut in servings
pn Ground cloves
Honey; to glaze
1 sm Metal pie plate(disposable)
Frozen broccoli; thawed
Garlic clove; minced
Salt & pepper; to taste
Cut a small (3 lb. ) fully-cooked ham in serving pieces. Place in the bottom of the slow cooker, sprinkle with ground cloves and pour honey over all. Place small disposable pie plate on the rim of the pot so it does not touch the meat, and place prepared vegetables on the plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add a small amount of water, and cover with aluminum foil. Place cover on slow cooker and secure firmly. Cook on LOW for about 5 to 6 hours, or until done to your liking.
