Feijoada

1 lb Dried black beans
1 lb Beef stew meat, cubed
1 lb Link sausage
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Onion, chopped


Soak beans overnight. Pour beans and water into slow cooker. Brown beef and sausage. Drain excess fat. Stir ingredients into beans in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-10 hours. Check occasionally and add water if necessary. Serve with rice.
