1 pound chicken cuts, cut into bite-sized chunks
Thinly sliced onion
Three potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
Chicken broth to cover (or use water and 4 chicken bouillon cubes)
Two tablespoons soy sauce
A healthy splash of hot sauce (we use Tabasco or Frank's)
Throw it all into the slow cooker. Cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low until done. Serve over skinny little Pennsylvania Dutch noodles.
