Baby Back Ribs

1/4 cup Spicy Chili Rub
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
4 racks (1 lb. each) baby back ribs
1/4 cup favorite barbecue sauce or sweet and sour sauce


Mix spicy blend and brown sugar; rub on ribs. Curl racks, meaty side out; stand upright on thick ends in 5-6-quart slow cooker.

Cover and cook on Low for 7-8 hours, or on High for 3 to 31/2 hours, or until meat is very tender.

Remove ribs to cutting board. Let rest for 5 minutes and brush with barbecue or sweet and sour sauce. Serve.
