Italian Shredded Beef Sandwiches
5 pounds chuck roast
3 cups water
1 tsp. salt, pepper, oregano, basil, onion powder, garlic powder
1 package Good Seasonings Italian Salad Dressing Mix
Trim excess fat off roast. Place in slow cooker. Mix water with all seasonings. Pour over roast. Cover, cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove meat, allow to cool slightly and then shred meat discarding fat. Return to slow cooker. Cook on high until heated through 15 minutes to 1/2 hour. Use slotted spoon to serve on large buns or rolls.
