1 1/2 pounds fish fillets
salt and pepper
1 cup sour cream
3 teaspoons plain flour
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup white wine
1 teaspoon paprika
Season the fish fillets to taste with salt and pepper. Place the fish in a buttered slow cooker. Blend together the sour cream, flour, onion and wine. Pour over the fish and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook on the low setting for 1 1/2 hours. Serve garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Serves 4.
