Kielbasa with Cabbage

1/2 head cabbage -- coarsely sliced
1 medium potato -- diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds -- if desired
1 large onion -- halved, sliced thin
1 1/2 pounds Polish sausage - (to 2 lbs) -- cut into 1" pieces
1 can chicken broth - (14 oz)


Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, mixing well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours, or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
