2 cups corn
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix corn, sugar, eggs, flour, butter, milk and salt; place in slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for one hour.
As you can see from the image, I made this recipe as a side dish to Beef and Potatoes. (The corn is on the right.)
I used my own Peaches and Cream corn that I froze at harvest time
On the whole, the recipe probably would get an "O.k." rating. Nothing special and nothing yucky.
I'd make it again.
