Cranberry Pot Roast
1 (3- to 4-pound) pork roast (boneless or pork loin)
Salt and pepper
1 cup ground or finely chopped cranberries
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in 4 1/2-quart slow cooker. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
