Soup

Chuck roast about 2-3 1/2 lb. -- cut into small chunks
5 medium potatoes -- diced
5 carrots -- diced
1 large onion -- diced
1 stick celery -- chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 small can corn
1 small can green beans
Salt and pepper


Put this all into the slow cooker and turn on high until the mixture starts to boil. Turn on low and cook all day. Serve with hot corn bread.
