1 1/2 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs - (to 2 lbs)
1 bottle Catalina dressing - (8 oz)
1 onion -- chopped
2 garlic cloves -- minced
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker; cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.
