Veal and Peppers

1 1/2 pounds boneless veal, cut into 2 inch cubes
3 green peppers, cut into quarters
2 onions, thinly sliced
1/2 pounds of sliced mushrooms
1 t. salt
1/2 t. basil
1 28 oz can tomatoes

Combine all in the slow cooker/slow cooker. Cook on low 7 hours, on high for 4 hours. Yield: 4 servings
