1 4/5 pound boneless frozen turkey breast
1/2-1 cup of water
Place semi thawed turkey breast in slow cooker as is, only removing plastic wrapper it came in. Add water. Cook for 8-10 hours. Remove net and while turkey is still in slow cooker, remove skin and fat. Then, again while turkey is still in slow cooker, shred the turkey in the juices using 2 forks, until completely shredded. Allow to simmer in the juices another 15 minutes. Serve with juices and mashed potatoes.
