Bulgur Pilaf

2 cups bulgur wheat
1 onion -- chopped
1 bunch green onions -- sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
5 cups beef or chicken broth
4 tablespoons melted butter
Salt -- to taste


Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
