Bread Pudding

6 cups cinnamon-raisin bread cubes (12 to 14 slices bread), OR French bread
1/2 cup raisins (3/4 cup with French bread)
1 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg product
3/4 cup warm water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (3/4 teaspoon with French bread)
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk


Spray inside of 3 1/2 to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.

Place bread cubes in cooker. Sprinkle with raisins.

Mix remaining ingredients; pour over bread cubes and raisins.

Cover and cook on high heat setting 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Serve warm
