1 can French Onion soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 to 1 and a half pounds stew beef
1 cup sour cream
rice or noodles
Combine the soups and stew beef in a slow cooker or casserole dish. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours or in the oven at 350 for 3 hours. Stir in the sour cream just before serving over the rice or noodles.
