5 pounds stew beef -- 1 1/2" cubes
1/2 cup flour
2 beef bouillon cube - crushed
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 large onion - sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon curry
1-1/2 cups sour cream
1 package curly or wide noodles
Coat beef with flour, salt and pepper mixture. Combine beef and all ingredients EXCEPT the sour cream in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5. About 15 minutes before serving, cook noodles according to package directions. About 5 minutes before serving, add sour cream and cooked noodles to mixture. Mix thoroughly.
