3 to 4 pound boneless round or rump roast
Salt/Pepper to taste
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 tsp italian seasoning
On the stove, put meat in pot large enough to fit. Add salt and pepper. Cover meat with water. Boil for 1 hour.
Remove, saving water. Slice as thin as possible. Put sliced meat in slow cooker, adding water from pot, enough to cover meat. Add onion soup mix and italian seasoning. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve on sliced rolls with provolone cheese.
