2 c Dried lentils
4 Red potatoes; washed & chopped
1/2 c Pearl barley
2 Onions chopped
4 cl Garlic; minced
2 c Green cabbage; chopped
2 c Oriental broth
4 c Water
2 tb + more to taste curry powder
1 ts Five-spice powder
1 ts Garlic powder
2 tb Soy sauce
4 c Cooked rice
Put all ingredients into the slow cooker. Stir well to mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours. Serve with the rice and mango chutney.
