1 to 1-1/2 pounds beef stew meat
5 potatoes, cut in chunks
1 bag baby carrots
1 28 oz. can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 T. ketchup
1 T. light brown sugar
1 16 oz. can French style green beans, drained
1 16 oz. can corn, drained
Put beef stew meat in Ziploc bag with 1 T. flour and coat meat with flour. Brown lightly in pan. Add meat and all other ingredients, except green beans and corn, to slow cooker. Cook 6-8 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low. Stir in green beans and corn during the last 1/2 hour, just to heat. Serves 6.
