Round Sesame Turkey Loaf
1 pound ground turkey
1 egg slightly beaten
2 green onions including some tops chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated gingerroot
1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
2 tablespoons prepared sweet and sour sauce
1 cup cooked rice
1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except sesame seeds. Form into a 6 inch round loaf. Press sesame seeds into top. Place loaf in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low about 4 hours. Remove loaf from slow cooker. Cut into wedges and serve. Makes 5-6 servings.
