1 or 2 small ducks (1 large)
1 pkg. onion soup
4 c. coarsely chopped and peeled potatoes
2 c. coarsely chopped carrots
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Wash ducks; wipe dry inside and out. Place all ingredients except duck in slow cooker with 1/2 cup water. Place ducks on vegetables. Cover. Cook on high for 5 hours or until tender. Serve with wild rice mix.
