1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, sliced separated into rings
1 can cr. of mushroom soup
1 can cr. of chicken soup
2/3 c. rice
2 T. soy sauce
1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Combine with remaining ingredients and 1 soup can water in slow cooker, mixing well. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Serve over chow mien noodles. Makes 6 servings.
