Caramel Rum Fondue

1 (14-ounce) package caramels
2/3 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1 tablespoon dark rum
Apple wedges, pound cake or doughnuts, for dipping

Combine caramels and cream in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low until melted, about 1 hour. Serve with apple wedges, pound cake or doughnuts.
