2 lb. beef stew meat
3/4 c. flour, mixed with 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. oil
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 small onions
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 small clove garlic
1 lb. can tomato
Roll beef in flour; fry until brown. Put in slow cooker. Add all ingredients. Stir well. Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low. Serve on rice, noodles or pasta. Thicken with tapioca or flour.
