1 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt 1 egg, beaten
2/3 cup milk
1 Tblsp. Parsley flakes

Mix flour, baking powder & salt. Beat in egg & milk.

Drop by teaspoonfuls in simmering stew or liquid. Sprinkle with parsley.

Cover & cook on high for 1 hour. Turn to low & dumplings will stay nicely for 1 to 2 hours.

Good on soups, stews, cabbage & sauerkraut dishes.
